This year is our fourth summer staying at Zoders! We look forward to this week all year long! Rooms are large, very clean and always comfortable! The kids (4, 10, 14) LOVE both the outdoor and indoor pools as well as the cookies and milk they serve each evening. This year we built a fire in the fire pit and...

Reading the ratings, expected more. Rooms were outdated and relatively small. Breakfast was frugal and served in disposable dishes. All the rest was good ( real river running through the hotel, pool, clean), so really can't complain, probably an issue of expectations.

Nice place. Relaxing to sit on patio and listen to brook running below. Very clean. Staff very nice and helpful. Price very reasonable. Great location for walking to downtown. Very close to restaurants so you don't have to drive and fight the traffic. Speaking of which, we never heard the traffic from our room. Air conditioning, mini fridge both worked...

The hotel has some age on it but that's what I liked about it. We stayed in room 224 the room was a little dated but that is part of the charm of the place. The room was clean but bathroom light would flicker some times. But no big deal my husband let the front desk know when he checked...

The wife & I slayed here one night on a drive through the Smoky Mountains. Our King room was located right on a babbling brook where we had a patio to relax and enjoy the sound. Gatlinburg is old and many of the motels are also. This one has been kept up! It was clean and the furnishings were not...

We were meeting with friends for a few days in Gatlinburg, so we all decided to stay here. It's a neat little place, wedged between the side of a mountain, and a small creek. They are small rooms, nothing like modern day hotels, so be prepared. Our room was very clean, the water wasn't the hottest, but I can use...

I believe this is my 4th time staying at Zoders. Found a special on facebook a few months back and got an excellent rate. Spent my 40th birthday here the week of July 21st. Love the location away from all the hustle and bustle in the heart of town. Easily walked to the other end of the strip in 25...

We enjoyed the room overlooking the river and the fact that all the shops are within walking distance of the hotel. The wine/cheese, cookies/milk and breakfast seemed like a big plus when we booked, but the staff was not friendly, and seemed annoyed at having to serve anyone. Also, the parking is very crowded--constantly concerned we would run into someone.

We vacation in the area every year and wont stay anywhere else. Cleanliness is a biggie for me and im always pleased. My family loves our room and balcony on the creek and how you can be within walking distance of downtown but still feel like you are in the woods/mountains. Love being able to build a fire in the...

I always wanted to stay at this hotel from the time I first went to Gatlinburg in the 1980s. At that time, it was a Best Western. We finally had the chance to stay over the July 18 weekend. We were very impressed. The room, while small, was very clean and had modern amenities. TONS of drawer space, bed comfortable,...
