We stayed here June 16, 2016. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful. Close enough to walk with out being right in the middle of town. Breakfast was served on the 4th floor with windows all round. Very good hot breakfast.

Everything about our room was great. We stayed for 5 nights in room 107 on the ground level. The pool was pleasant, our housekeeper was Barbara and she was so so sweet. The room really is in walking distance from everything in town and had free parking so that was a plus. The downfalls were the breakfast- it was OK...

We have always vacationed around Townsend Tn or Pigeon Forge. Our experience with visiting the Crossroads Inn was very good. Older but very comfortable hotel, friendly staff who were very helpful when asked questions about the inn or Gattlinburg. Crossroads had been renovated with in the last year so the paint was fresh, amenities were in very good condition all...

Fast, friendly check-in. Second floor room clean, simple and included microwave and refrigerator. Air conditioning worked well, room quiet and felt safe despite door opening to outside. Very comfortable for short stays. Pool was clean. Reminded us of motels our parents took us to when on vacation as children in the 60's and 70's. Would stay here again.

We are there for Memorial Weekend. Stuff is little uninformed about the surrounding and what is actually going on in Gatlinburg. The rooms are decent sized however they smell pretty bad. They are clean but the sheets smell like cigarettes. The free breakfast didn't look good but there is a pancake house next to the hotel. Hotel is 15 minutes...

My initial reaction when I walked into our room was ugh. We don't typically spend much time in the room, but it was just too dark and nothing special. The bathroom is cramped--although there were two sinks with one outside the bathroom with a vanity and hair dryer. The energy efficient lights were the old ones and took them a...

The hotel is up a side street. Not in a very good area. Trashy homes or buildings in front. The lobby was small. Not an area you would want to hang out in. Our room was big 2 queen beds, very clean and nice. You could tell it had been updated. Beds comfortable. Our balcony was small. A chair could...
