Charming and much attention given to comforting details. The nostalgic 'old time' cabins added to the welcome and to the overall experience. Great job! May we suggest one improvement to make it 100%complete. In cabin #5 the spotlights shine right into the bedroom way into the night which for us after two days of road travel impacted our nights rest....

We stayed at the Buckhorn recently for four nights. We rented cottage #4. We could not have been more delighted and really hated our stay was not longer. If it's a peaceful retreat you are looking for, away from the overly commercialized Pigeon Forge and downtown Gatlinburg, this is the perfect place. A wonderful breakfast is included with every room...

Hard to find a better place to stay and eat. We love this place for it's small scale and high quality! The food is the best! The view of Mount LeConte from the porch and dining room just sweetens the deal.

What a wonderful jewel in the heart of the Smoky Mountains. We have stayed at The Buckhorn many times and they simply always get it right. John, Lee and their staff go the extra mile to make sure their guests have a great time. Their breakfasts and (optional) dinners are reason enough to visit and the accommodations are comfortable and...

This is probably our 2 dozenth visit at the Buckhorn and we continue coming back because of the delightful hospitality, the amazing views of the mountains and the best breakfasts in the area. I also enjoy walking the lovely grounds--and always enjoy a meditative walk in the huge labyrinth on the property.

We have been visiting twenty five years and have stayed in all of their accomodations. The inn, staff, rooms and meals are top of the line. The experience is authentic and unique. It's a true value and we look forward to our next visit.

This was our 13th or 14th stay at Buckhorn Inn over a period of several years. The fact that we have gone back time and again says it all. This time we stayed in the new Greenbrier Mountain House (built during the past year) and throughly enjoyed our stay. We have booked a return visit for February 2017 and will...

My wife and I stayed in one of the Premier rooms, and it was lovely, quiet and convenient. The breakfasts were sumptuous and delicious, with plenty of choices for both of us. Just after we arrived, we enjoyed the self-guided nature walk around the property after a long travel day.

We loved Buckhorn!!!! Such a beautiful, classy place. The breakfast was amazing. Looking forward to our next visit. The mountains were alive with color. The innkeepers themselves came by to great us & make sure everything was ok. I love the different options for accomodations.

We have been regulars at Buckhorn for 13 years, usually staying in Cabin 2. This year, we had friends join us, so we chose the Bebb House, which has 3 bedrooms. This house is the home of the original owners. It is large and lovely, with a full kitchen, ensuite bathrooms, a patio with amazing views of Mt LeConte and...
