The hotel was very nice, reception was excellent, housekeeping excellent, access to main road only a block away...the hotel offered secure parking (GREAT), swimming was awesome, breakfast was fantastic (wish we had cash to tip the caretaker of the breakfast bar). We had called to make our reservation and wish they had mentioned the construction of the demolition in front...

Annual trip for Black Friday weekend because we hate the mall! We love it here. The kids get to swim, and we are right in town. Breakfast in the morning is a good selection and the rooms are a perfect fit for our family of four.

This was my first trip to Gatlinburg and it was great to be right in the Downtown area. Staff were friendly and provided guidance about the area. I was nervous at first when I realized that the hotel was hosting a large number of children participating in the football Turkey bowl but they were on the lower floors...a little noisy...

We stayed for three nights in late October. Terrific location near the main drag of Gatlinburg shopping/eating with a small river running in front. Room itself is dated, pool area very small. Free breakfast ok if you aren't looking for meat (I think I saw sausage one of the three mornings). As everybody says - elevators are slow. Walking the...

We travel to Gatlinburg frequently and it was our first stay at the Edgewater. Very nice and clean. The Hotel staff could have been friendlier. We were unable to get our fireplace lit due to the pilot light was out. We had to call maintenance, which came very quickly however it didn't work again the following night so we just...

Surprisingly nice hotel, situated in a great town. Near to many restaurants, and places of various attractions. The hotel was comfortable. Amenities were not very many. No restaurant. But nice views and a charming river flowing by. Friendly staff. Really SLOW and BUSY elevators!!

We stayed for the weekend at the Edgewater Hotel, Gatlinburg, TN. It was over all a wonderful stay. The Staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and smelled really nice. Beautiful balcony view.
