Great hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us, staff was very helpful and friendly and breakfast was great! The only thing I would complain about was the shower. Not great, in fact not even good. Very clean just no, I...More

We enjoyed our stay at the inn. It was historically quaint. The bed was comfortable. The inn smelled and felt old (yet updated), but that was part of the charm. It was fun actually having a real key for our room. The parking lot has...More

This place has it all. The best location. The friendliest staff. Decent prices. The best free breakfast (changes daily) I've ever had at a hotel. We really saved a lot buying our Ripley's Aquarium tickets from the front desk. It was built in 1937 so...More

We've taken many many trips to Gatlinburg but this was our first time staying here. Interesting and historical hotel from a bygone era, unlike anything else in Gatlinburg. It's beautiful but in a faded elegance sort of way. Creaky floors, musty smell, the decor is...More

I’m going to start my review by saying if you want an ultra modern hotel this is not the place for you. But, if you want friendly staff, a good breakfast, and a laid back environment than this is it. It’s not all updated and...More

I always wanted. To stay here ! Have the opportunity to finally do so. However after reading a major part of review I have some reservation on actually clicking the book now bottom. I will be traveling with a special needs 15 mth. Old baby , who is deaf . The only way to get his attention most 90% of the time unlike normal baby his age you can say Hi ... I half to make a loud , steady noise , hit on on wall or some object to get his attention ,& he loves to beat on floor or walls . It's the vibration that he can feel . Anyways , I wanted to give him at least 1 normal day till his surgery in Tenn . Since he will be in hospital 45 days . I'm afraid they will kick us out or refuse room i paid for upon check in or send this serciuty guard who apparently likes gets a thrill out if bullying on people ,the manger may have a problem with speacail needs people . They already problems with bikers Using commence sence "to maintain a bike espeacial a Harley it cost Money to keep it maintain yearly ! If a biker has the money to keep it maintain , than I expected the biker has the means & outlook of responsible person .
