Great in every respect: room, view, bathrooms, beds, food, staff. As a birder I'd come back and use this as a great place to make as a home base from which to explore this part of Uganda. Close to Kibale National Park and Rwenzori Mountains.

Just finished 9 day safari in Uganda. While none of the lodges disappointed, this had the perfect combination of comfort, food, and setting. We could have spent our whole time here! Our cabin, with stone shower and thatched roof, overlooked a tea plantation. The dining hall overlooked the Rwenzoris, with a beautifully landscaped lawn. Hard to beat!

The rating I have given is with the benefit of hindsight and in comparison to other accommodation in which I stayed in Uganda hence not a 5* rating. Beautifully located with stunning views over tea plantations in lovely gardens. I was in a stand alone Banda in what appeared to be a private garden with no other accommodation nearby apparent....

This is a wonderful glimpse of life on a tea plantation. The rooms are very romantic thatched huts with views over the tea plantations. You can see the sunrise over the forest from your bed. The restaurant has fine friendly service and good food. It's a good place to rest, but also to launch into the nearly kibale chimpanzee safari...

Great place to stay at when experiencing chimpanzees in Kibale. Next to a tea plantation. The view from the terrace of the cottages to the misty mountains is gorgeous. Very close to the gate of Kibale forest in a road that is under construction that eventually will make it more accesible. Good Value.

Located next to the UWA-park headquarters, this is an outstanding lodge with clean spacious rooms, either in bungalow-style bandas or in the main house. The view over the valley with its tea-plantations is beatiful, also the sunrises! Food was nice, and the staff very friendly. They also offer guided walks to the crater lake which we didn't do because the...

We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We stayed two nights in a banda, using it as a base for our chimpanzee habituation close by in the Kibale National Park. The room was clean and comfortable. The chef is to be congratulated on the quality of his dishes, which were by far the best we had...

A great relaxed feel overlooking beautiful landscape. The lodges were well equipped and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the food was great. Catered well for vegetarians and allowed me to use their facilities to freshen up upon returning from a hike.

This is a beautiful and well-maintained property. All units are separate ours was extremely nice with one king and one queen bed. There was a large porch with comfortable patio furniture and a splendid view into the valley. There is a large bathroom.
