Very clean, smells nice.. good waffles an coffee for breakfast.. very comfortable beds... all around a great stay.. back parking lot a little shady.. someone tried to sell me heroin.. but the hotel is clean and the people are great!
I have stayed on this property several times. This is the first time I stayed here that the room smelled of blunt smoke. The bed was very squishy like the mattress needed refreshing. Not a bad experience but this was likely my last stay at...More

There are a lot of restaurants and hotels in the area, we never felt unsafe if that is what you are asking. Where the hotel is located there are about five other hotels within walking distance to each other. We were there for a Nationals Swim Meet. I don't think they would have that located anywhere near a "seedy" area where there are a lot of families gathered together.
