We stayed at manyara ranch conservancy for 1 night and it was a truly amazing experience. We were on safari through tanzania but found no other place to be truly in contact with nature in a secluded environment. No other jeeps, few guests and a cozy dining room made it unique. We did the walking safari as well as the...

Manyara Ranch Conservancy is a lovely spot and made a very nice addition to our safari. We particularly enjoyed the night drive and morning walk, both of which Alan led. The various bird sounds were terrific, and as a bonus a few giraffes, almost on cue, wandered by a 50 yards in front of our tents.

Adjacent to Tarangire National park and in the migration corridor, this 35,000 acre park is full of animals. Except people. Only 8 tents. First class treatment, great food and beautiful property and animals. We listened to lions at night, heard a zebra walking around our tent and had great daytime views of giraffe, elephant, monkeys and more. Alan runs a...

Our first stay in the bush in Tanzania could not have been more perfect. Because it is a conservancy and not a national park, there are a range of experiences available not found elsewhere. We took advantage of the night game drives and the walks. The setting of the camp is the best of African bush, spacious and extremely comfortable...

Manyara Ranch was our second tented camp in Tanzania. We stayed 2 nights here and enjoyed our unique experience. Not too many people wake up and have an owl sitting on top of their tent! Overall, we had a very wonderful and unique experience. Alan (the camp manager) was really great and made sure to make our experience the best...

We had a wonderful stay at Manyara Ranch getting a great feeling of safari camps of yesteryear with sundowner cocktails in some beautiful setting, campfires and dining together with other guests and swapping experiences. We saw a lot of Greg - a great host and it was sad to say goodbye after the 4 days. The food was really good...

Everything about our stay at Manyara ranch was perfect - bordering on magical. From the huge elephant wondering between our tents upon our arrival (a bush experience doesn't get more authentic than this!), the abundance of animals, the Masai warriors wondering around camp to protect us from the wild animals, the excellent food, to the fact that despite being a...

My wife and I stayed at the Manyara Ranch Conservancy as a part of our celebration of 30 years of marriage. This was a wonderful destination and we enjoyed our visit immensely. Our hosts, Greg and his staff attended to our every need and made sure that our stay was comfortable and safe. The food was excellent and our lodging...

This was a nice place to stay but overall not my favorite nor was the park. The tents were nice with all amenities. Food was good. We were really looking forward to the horseback riding part but we wanted a mellow ride not with a lot of galloping or cantering. We got some resistance on this from one of the...

We were treated like royals at this camp. Delicious meals and night game drives are included. And don't forget to go on the morning walking safari. Really hot water in the bush, be careful. Enjoyed every minute of it.
