On the last leg of a 3-week, 3-country trip we intentionally wanted to splurge and pamper ourselves for this last stop; Chem Chem was perfect. Lodge and rooms were beautiful, the staff was truly outstanding, catering to our every need, offering numerous options to fill the days, and individualized attention and service throughout. The venue is beautiful, allowing visits to...

Our family of 5 adults and 3 children recently stayed at Chem Chem for 2 nights. Everything was beyond perfection. The lodge itself is well appointed and in a beautiful location. The staff is helpful, accommodating and anticipated our needs before we did. We loved our "tent"; the outdoor shower was an adventure (there is also an indoor bathtub), the...

Firstly in the positive column I must say that the lodge and the rooms are absolutely stunning. Tasteful, classy, comfortable and spacious. To call these tents is laughable even in the glam camping context. One big miss on the rooms as compared to other tent lodges like Grumeti Camp is the zipper ritual that has to be performed on your...
