The staff were very lovely at this hotel, the aircon worked well, we requested adjoining rooms that weren't really adjoining. Our rooms smelt a bit damp but easily fixed with some incense and opening of doors to balcony. The pool is average but it is in a great location to the beach. The wifi would only work for 2 minutes...

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. It was so quite and peaceful and the grounds are really tranquil. Perfect location with a lovely authentic Bali feel to it. We drank on our balcony and swam in the pool. There is no bar service but we went up to the minimart which is next door and bought our own...

Can't beat the value. Excellent location. Gardens are gorgeous & so quiet considering its location. Rooms are spacious & bed comfy. Had pool to ourselves which is so rare. We have already rebooked for next trip. For price & location you can't beat it. No breakfast supplied but so many options at your door.

We were a party of ten staying in three rooms, we were looking for an old world hotel with the real Bali feel and Puri Naga is all of that, great location, handy to shopping, laundry, restaurants, the beach, Bintang market, two good money changers and 24 hour stores at the hotel entrance. the Staff were brilliant, Monique at reception...

The Puri Naga was a great spot to stay for my young son and I. Great sized pool, comfortable rooms with balconies and super friendly staff. The owner was incredibly generous, helpful and kind. The hotel is old style Bali. Some rooms have renovated bathrooms, others not, so best to ask or not worry about it too much. The rooms...

as the title says, the Puri Naga is a little run down. it is old Balinese tourism. i didn't find the place dirty as some of the other reviewers did, but certainly the towels are slight and the rooms run down. we suggested to the owner, a very lovely, welcoming man, that if he insisted on supplying second rate old...

Booked this place last minute after a delayed flight, got connecting rooms for us and the kids which was great. Plenty of space, lovely garden and great pool. Each unit has a balcony outside which was very pleasant. But basic but excellent for the price and so close to the beach, shops, places to eat etc. Would happily stay again.

Great position but very dirty. Sheets filthy, bath towels paper thin and filthy and bath mats disgusting. Bath room full of ants, broken tiles in pool and the list goes on about how bad this hotel is. For $50 per night this place is very over priced for what you get
