The staff are so lovely, small group who remember their guests. Loved the small garden pool area. Our first rooms were old and things not working well so we were moved and he staff continually checked on our satisfaction for the entire time we were there.

Dear alam kul kul, I would address my deepest grateful to one of your staff that work at the evening shift on the 2nd of march 17. I was out of petrol not far from your property and one of your staff help me to purchase it from the nearest petrol stands. I was about to give him the petrol...

Large villa with all the usual amenities. Peaceful in the frenetic world of Kuta. Beautiful gardens, clean pools, very good restaurant with excellent breakfast. Typically friendly, smiling staff as you expect in Bali.

This is the second time we stayed at this lovely resort, I love the ease of getting anywhere, the staff are so friendly, pools are overly and can always get a lounger, breakfast is varied and the fresh egg station is a win, the alam rooms are nice but dated and smell a bit so this time we had a...

While the hotel itself is nice.. Food and drinks are significantly above the Bali hotel averages - could never afford to feed the family by the pool. But most of all, who was the architect who put the family rooms at the back of the hotel... up a large flight of stairs with no lift! And of course they forget...

Staff are very helpful and friendly. The beach across the street from the hotel is dirty, but then again, thats the case in all of Kuta/Legion area. The pool was great, clean and a swim up bar. Food served at the hotel was yummy, a lil over priced. The beds were comfy, love the lanai and amenities in the room,...

For location, value and a little bit of a 'sanctuary' vibe, you can't go past Alam Kul Kul. I travelled to Legian in November for a little RnR on my own, without my partner and was looking for a basic but good stay, somewhere within Legian and close to the beach but still somewhere nice. Basically I wanted a place...

This was our first stay at Alam Kulkul and it was a little disappointing. We had two new alam lanai rooms which have apparently been recently renovated - it looks like it was not that recent and could do with another facelift. The location of these rooms was great, off the main road and very quiet around the smaller pool....

Staff were good, but I paid £70/75 per night and expected a better. Didn't think the guests / communal / lounge areas very good. Lacked atmosphere. My room felt a little damp. If your spending that much I would suggest shopping around, I wish I did. You can get better for less!

It was my first stop in Bali. Stayed there for 6 night and 4 out of these night were horrible. First the AC position is far away from the bed and upon my check in I requested to have another room due to the heat and was told all villa's AC are positioned the same but 1 room but with...
