As soon as i walked into our room i had to walk straight back out because of the smell, damp and dirty. 2 days out of our 7 day stay our room wasn't cleaned so we didnt have a towel after showering and our beds were not cleaned. Staff were very unhelpful at reception when asking for basic things like...

Overall a pretty disappointing stay. We stayed for a family holiday with friends and our two year olds. We were in ajoining rooms quite a long way back from the reception and pools. The rooms are very dark and dont look like theyve been updated in years. Showers so covered in lime scale that the water shoots out of it...

This place was recommended by a close friend and we're pleased he did. It is a massive resort with garden & pool view rooms up to 3 story. It has well manicured gardens, 2 massive pools, one with a swim up bar and a medium size pool, large restaurant, bars and a front landing near the beach where you can...

Don't be fooled by photos - we only stayed 3 nights, we had double interconnecting room, paid over $200Aus per night. Rat living in our room, full of mosquitoes when we arrived - got them to spray room but they wouldn't leave the spray for us over night, 2 x TV's don't work, water dripping from air con, cold showers,...

My daughter and I stayed here January. We booked superior rooms. If we were given superior rooms then I'd hate to see the basic rooms. Shifted once so just didn't have energy to shift a second time. Grounds are absolutely beautiful but my room was dirty. Air conditioner just pushing out warm air. Plumbing noises constant. I stayed here many...

We have stayed here many times now and it is still ok but has slipped a bit over the years , location is great backing onto the beach But this year pollution seems to be worse , it is still sad to see smoking in the dining area especially as lots of families here , price wise it's worth it...

We stayed here after getting stuck in Bali due to ash cloud . We booked through booking.com and paid $200 for an interconnecting room poolside. The rooms are basic, nothing flash and due for an upgrade but the location is great-close to shops, restaurants and you are beachside which is fantastic. The staff were lovely and very helpful, the breakfast was...

For people who complain, well, you get what you pay for. This hotel offers a beach front property, a nice breakfast, and two large swimming pools in a prime location in Bali. The rooms are simple but clean.

This resort was huge and our room is an apartment type which has two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well, there is also a living room and the kitchen so we could cook something for dinner. There were three swimming pools and we can walk to the Legian beach behind this resort.

We stayed at this hotel because my friend had a good experience here 10 years ago. Unfortunately they haven't maintained this beautiful property as well as they should have. They now cater to mostly Australian clientele who want to stay on the hotel premises for their whole trip. The corn, popcorn, and hair-braiding might be cute for families but made...
