We stayed at the Jayakarta in Feb 2015 and we had a group of 8 people. We researched this hotel when deciding where to stay, and I must say, there were bad reviews on this hotel, which were totally out of line!!!. Our experience was fantastic!...All of the staff were very welcoming. We had a 1 bedroom apartment, and although...

So many Australians begin their love affair with Bali at the Jayakarta! It is a very reasonably priced hotel, the location is nice, and the best feature is breakfast overlooking the pool. Situated in a nice little shopping precinct with the beach right at the back gate, it is a good place to learn your way around Legian, Kuta and...

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment, fold out couch was horrible, had to request new bedding for 3rd guest as it was completely unacceptable. Staff were prompt and provided another bed. Room was dated and not the cleanest but for the price it got the job done. Room service food was quite bad but breakfast options were great. Staff...

We stayed here for a week the room was dirty the floor needed washing in bad need of an update. The breakfasts were ok and the staff were friendly. The location is just across the road from the beach but you have to brave the hawkers getting through to the beach.

We stayed in the 1 BR apartments that many Trip adviser reviewers advised against. They were absolutely great. The people at Jayakarta even ensured that we had an adjoining door for our Mum. They were really well serviced, great air conditioning, water bottles replaced daily. We were at the back of the complex which had street view and noise from...

We arrived on the 28th of December 2014 and were very disappointed from the moment we got there. We were placed in the residence section of the hotel which appears to be living quarters for staff and locals. First room was so filthy it made me dry reach. Blood and bodily fluids on bedding, long black hairs every where, mouldy...

Just took our 2 11 year old girls for Bali Experience. We selected this hotel because of its Balinese feel, position & mid range price. The rooms are too outdated, old box TV, no inroom safes, bathrooms that need major scrubbing with bleach, generally very very old & not maintained to even a 2 & half star rating. Costings around...

This hotel had a lovely family feel about it. The pool area is really nice. The rooms were always kept clean and the overall presentation of the hotel was great, especially the gardens. The one disappointment would be the quality of the food and how much it cost. It's a shame they charge so much for a beer cause it...
