Staff are rude. Place is a construction site.DO NOTSTAY HERE. They are theifs. The pool bar gave me a $70 bill for drinks when I was not there that day. Then when I explained to manager it wasn't my signature they threatened to call police. CRIMINALS

The hotel was under major renovations we were not aware of. The pool area is tiny and not much of a garden either despite the name. The room was big but shabby and in need of renovation. The restaurant was a loud sports bar with lots of big screens, and for live entertainment there was live dwarf boxing!! The food...

This used to be a lovely garden villa style hotel. As with other reviewers our taxi driver couldn't find it. The front had been wiped out and replaced by a construction site for a future standard multi story hotel surrounding a pool. Dust, noise and a lack of privacy for at least a year and the loss of a charming...

Upon arrival, we drove past the resort three times due to mistaking it for a construction site. However, we eventually found a small alley leading to the reception. Hotel has a nice pool, bar however everything is quite dated. Rooms are comfortable however the noise was terrible. Has potential to be a great resort, looking forward to seeing it after...

Had another great stay 9 days but the new 4 storey building which is not due for completion until Jan 2018 is now very in your face.Again if you are one, not to hang around the hotel this is not a problem. They have made a temporary reception which would be difficult for aged people to access the stairs are...

Have stayed at Garden view twice. First time was fantastic with no problems with my room. Second time was given a deluxe room upstairs. Was very unhappy with this room as the air con didn't work and there was no safe. Swelted through the first night as they didn't have another deluxe room available to give me. In the morning...

Up until 2016 we have always stayed here. Went in February 2016 and was in bed early one morning and heard a cracking sound , then opened my eyes and the roof inside. the room fell in. I know things happen, we got moved to another room and aircon not working properly so was moved again, staff at reception were...

We stayed in the newer rooms at Garden View by the pool. These rooms were clean and tidy. Would recommend this place as it is close to Legian markets and good shopping, also good restaurants. Linen is changed every day, there is a swim up pool bar too.
