We stayed at the Kembar Inn for one night. The only twin bed room with air conditioning available was the 'penthouse' - the top floor of the hotel. To get to the room was a trek, up one flight of steps then up a tight spiral staircase. There was a covered open dining room with a fridge and a daybed....

I ve been in this place just a couple of days...all the staff was extremely friendly and helpfully...very clean place, the room was ok. Very close to the ferry and fast boat terminal, ten minutes walking from the blue lagoon.

I stayed here for one night this week. I choose a downstairs room as I had a lot of baggage I didn't want to drag up and down the stairs. I thought the downstairs rooms might be noisy as they were so close to the reception area but I was out like a light at 9.30pm. The room was a...

We stayed here one night and enjoyed padangbai and its relaxed atmosphere. kembar inn is perfectly situated in the center, close to the Ferry and next to restaurants. Comfortable rooms. We had one with fan and that was fine. Breakfast was good with a lot of choice in fresh fruit. Good place to stay

CLose to the harbour that goes to Gili e Lombok. This place is clean, the room are big enough (we were on the second floor where there are A/C rooms) and the breakfast is probably the best in Padang bai ;) The staff is really friendly and they help you as much as they can! I reccomend to go there!

100m from ferries to Gili's, Lembongan, Sanur and else where...it convenient. Rooms upstairs are more spacious, better for ventilation and have hot water. These cost 150k and are reasonably priced for what you get. Good bed, towels, bar of soap, fridge, ceiling fan and breakfast. It not a place for a view or wonderful atmosphere, more for a single night,...

The Kembar Inn is always our first stop in Padangbai. It's predictibly pleasant, with a laid-back feel and good breakfasts (fried eggs, omelet, banana pancakes and assorted fruit, depending on the season). It's difficult to get good coffee in Indonesia, and the Kembar is no different. I had to purchase boxed milk in the Kembar shop. The rooms are clean...

stayed a couple of nights at the kembar; good choice of rooms; took the roof room with good views very private and an extra outside day bad and table and chairs; an honour system operates with the drinks fridge; the family is quick to offer rooms when you arrive in town. I checked their rooms then looked at others and...

A very nice family runs the Kembar Inn. The rooms are clean, and they serve a decent breakfast (lots of fruit, but this is Bali, after all). Plus, it is very reasonably priced. It is located, essentially, halfway between the ferry and the "main drag" along the beach where most of the dive shops and restaurants (and other hotels) are...

When arriving into Padangbai, we were homeless and used our Lonely Planet book to find some last minute options. Some places were too expensive for what we should be paying for a Padangbai room or in areas of Padangbai we didn't like, but we stumbled upon the Kembar Inn in the main town area. This low cost accommodation was completely...
