The staff at lemon house are extremely friendly, helpful with booking trips / travel and make a very pleasant stay. The rooms are clean and there's a very nice spacious communal area with balcony over looking the town (which makes the stairs up to the hostel well worth it!) Breakfast is nice - fresh fruit with a choice of eggs... More

This guesthouse is definitely worth a stay! You get a wonderful view over Padangbai and the hills that surround it. The staff is really friendly and they serve you a freshly prepared breakfast every day.

We spent there two nights in a deluxe double room with balcony with perfect view over Padang Bai. The Hostel is in walking distance to the harbour and a lot of good restaurants are nearby. Unfortunately the place is not well cared for. The room was quite dirty, there were no towels and the breakfast wasn't worth mentioning. So in... More

Absolutely horrendous experience here. First of all, the location is not as advertised and it is much further out of Padangbai. Their listings claim they are 200m from the harbour but is much further. Second of all, the hostel is up around 100 steps which is very difficult with luggage. They advertise a porter service but in reality this does... More

This is truly the worst hostel I have ever stayed in. We struggled to find it as the location is not as advertised on Hostelworld and there is also no porter service, despite the description saying there is. The location is terrible - it is out of town, down an alleyway that is not lit, smells of sewage and has... More

Fist of all the view from the terrass is really nice! Unfortunately in our double room it smelled like mould so as in the common bathroom. There is neither a window in the room (at least in this one) nor in the common bathroom (one shower and toilet to share). In the double room there is ac however it was... More

Really nice people running this hostel. Excellent view, very clean, 10 min walk into town, 10-15 minute walk to White Sand Beach (go at night to see the beautiful bioluminescent plankton in the water!). Nice staying off of the hotel strip and in the local area. Highly recommended.

We stayed two nights here, good friendly staff, nice view, clean place. We did diving here close by, we liked the blue lagoon for leisure activity. Close to the harbour you can get a boat to gili or lombok island. We will recommend this place as a place to visit.

One of the cleanest hostels I've stayed in and after a rather sweaty climb in the heat with my rucksack I was able to chill out and enjoy the lovely view in the common area. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I decided to stay an extra night in Padangbai but left it to the last minute so they... More
