If i give a low rating, it won't be a biased one based on a particular experience, but an overall look at the place. I hope you find this review helpful and you at least come to a more accurate decision than me and my girlfriend did before we traveled to Bali about this place. This place has/had extreme potential....

We spent 3 nights at the wonderful Taman Wana Villas as part of our two week round trip. Friendly staff, nice room and the fact that breakfast and lunch or dinner is included is a must because of the jungle location. My husband got a very personal birthday celebration which was greatly appreciated. There is room for some improvement through....

We have been really happy at Taman Wana. The compound and the surroundings are so beautiful, the rooms or more precisely the bungalows very spacious and shaped perfectly with lots of windows overlooking the lake and the garden. We had a big and lovely decorated living & sleeping room with coffee and tea making facilities; the bathroom is wonderfuI, it...

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel during our Bali round tour. What a great experience it was! The location is in the middle of nowhere - surrounded by nature and jungle like nowhere else. We really liked it. The hotel is a bit outdated, a few things need attention but it was not a problem for us. The pool...

A perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff are really helpful, friendly and keen to please. Swimming in the infinity pool was wonderful overlooking the countryside with a view of the mountains. The rooms are beautiful though a little faded. The resort manager (Putri Jaman) is well organised and extremely professioal.

Unique place in the middle of a beautiful national park. After a warm welcome, we were broughtto our room, which was absoluty lovely. The private pool and main pool were both great. Nice staff, food was fine. We had a nice trip with a local who showed us the real life in bali. Snorkelling in permutaran is also very nice....

I can totally see how there are mixed reviews for this place. It really is unlike anywhere I've stayed in Bali, but it has its good moments and bad moments. Read on if you are curious. So it's been a few months since my girlfriend and I visited this area of Bali. This was my third time back in Bali,...

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and only accessible through a tiny street with no street lights (whoever will drive you there will have to do it before the sun goes down). Unfortunately the infinity pool wasn't working when we arrived and they didn't mention it at check-in. At checkout we asked a partial refund and they only...

Taman Wana We stayed here for 3 nights. This hotel was included in our package of the Bali round trip. When we arrived the guy at the reception immediately told us that we got an upgrade to another bedroom with bay view. When he show us the pool, I saw that the water was dirty, so I told him that...

if you get bored with common hotels (concrete walls, conservative room, located in the crowded inner city), Taman Wana Hotel might be a best solution to solve your frustrating problems. It's located in a national park in West Bali. It has a best view, sounds of animals (birds, cricket, gecko, and so on), trees, dam, soooo reliefing. The rooms are...
