I have just come back from the most wonderful holiday ever at Chintamani. I booked after looking at the website then corresponding with management. On arrival at Chintamani there were several other guests. We were greeted by the manager and hostess with a yummy cocktail and an explanation of the activities on offer for the coming week. First day began...

Chintamani Bali Retreat and Spa is designed to be a retreat away from the frustrations and stresses of everyday life - targeted to women who really just need a break from it all and an opportunity to rejuvenate. When I first walked through the beautiful Balinese doors, saw and heard the serene sounds and sights of water fountains, lotus flowers,...

Dear Sam It is a great shame that you felt you didn't enjoy your stay with us. We did everything we could to make your stay a fantastic one, including taking you on special trips like the Mengwhi Temple and the Coffee plantation. Chintamani is the best for a total pampering and relaxing stay. Quiet and peaceful yet not to far to Ubud or Seminayak if shopping is your desire. But believe me once you arrive you will not want to leave this very special oasis. Small enough to get to know the other guests but plenty of privacy if solitude or romance...

This place is gorgeous. We had a beautiful room with a fabulous outdoor bathroom that we loved. The pool was divine and the grounds were wonderful. It's a large property and so you can find lots of privacy wondering around. We had massages everyday, at no cost, and were waited on hand and foot by the very friendly staff. As...

This was our first time to Bali, coming from quiet little Waiheke Island. Arriving in Bali was a new bustling exciting contrast. We were met at the airport and on being driven out to Chintamani Retreat and Spa, this was a fun comfortable (air conditioned) mini-tour of the local area, absolutely fascinating! Arriving at Chintamani, Wendy and staff welcomed us...
