Stayed here for a night with family. Room was considered clean and room was spacious. Probably because its a family room. Toiletries and bedroom slippers were provided. Bedsheets and blanket were a little rough though. Rack for towels were too high. Will stay here again.

Fast check in. Acceptable room rate with no breakfast available. Stayed at 2nd floor and had a hard time falling asleep due to noisy cars and bikes passing by. Clean and spacious room. Good location with coffee shops, fast food, and shopping mall around the area.

we came here with the least of expectations, only knowing the fact that it was in a strategic location. we took a deluxe queen room, room was small, just enough for 2 person, bathroom was clean..however what really surprised us was the toiletries provided, toothbrush/ comb/ room slippers/ soap/bath foam/ coffee tea facilities, we even had our morning papers pushed... Came here for work matter, and stayed for one night in this hotel. The receptionist is clueless about my booking. Hotel management should train her how to see online booking. This hotel is in the middle of the city. Near with 7-eleven, McD, KFC, and other restaurant. Pros: Got shower heater and mini refrigerator. The internet speed is very good... More

Good location, next to 7-11, SDS cafe, opposite of McDonalds, walking distance from Kluang Rail Coffee. Old building room, washroom with big space. Strange part is this hotel do not have any twin sharing room, all double bedroom. Wifi connection was extremely slow, gave up to connect it from my room and went to lobby as hotel lobby have better... More

Stay for one night on impromptu for work purpose. The hotel is quiet and clean. Strategic location in town and nearby bakery, 7 Eleven, Domino's Pizza and Mcdonalds. The bathroom was clean with all the necessary amenities. Have Malaysia and Singapore TV channel reception. The lifts is quite small.

First impression is bad because of unfriendly receptionist. Room size is smallest per dollar paid among all hotels in kluang. Parking can be limited because it share with the public parking. Room deposit need RM100 which is very high and unnecessary, very inconvenience. You are warned not to make noise in the room on the room card, so mean

I stayed in this hotel with my hubby. The hotel is quiet and clean. I would recommend for families. Stategic location in town and nearby shops. Parking is easy since Hotel Management have allocated reserved parking bays infront of the hotel. The room that we stayed on 1st floor was clean. The bathroom was clean with all the necessary amenities.... More

Location is very strategic - easy parking, 7-Eleven next to the hotel, shopping centres and restaurants near by. I'm ok with the room as I was there only for one night. The hotel is of a business hotel concept, where the basic things you need for your stay are all there, just don't expect anything luxurious. Prices are decent. Didn't... More
