Amazing old manor building which has been let down by the lack of maintenance. We only stayed for the night as its close to the airport - which it was. The breakfast was good but we had to continuously ask to be served. The girls down at reception didn't really look at you - it was just a bit uncomfortable.

It's one of those big vacation houses that were converted to hotels/pension houses/inns. The main house needs a lot of renovation. The wall papers needed replacement. The toilets need a lot of plumbing repairs since there are a lot of leaking. Even the built in cabinets needed refurbishing. I think this is a Victorian-styled house with lavish draperies and intricate...

This place is like a house, and not a business establishment. Literally, it is just a big house with plenty rooms. Pictures online are deceiving. Place is old with broken glass doors, peeling paint/wallpaper. Staff look as if they are just in their own home, who just happen to be taking in people to stay with them. Not dressed appropriately...

The building is relatively nice, however the whole 7 days we were there we not once had warm water as advertised. When complaining we were told warm water is only until 10AM, however that was just a STORY AS WELL. The internet was extremely slow and completely unavailable (no ip adr could be obtained) The food was the very same...

We booked this hotel after seeing an offer through booking.com - the pictures of the hotel looked nice, and the price was affordable. The hotel is situated at the bottom of an old side street - its an odd place and hotel gates always seemed to be shut, which on first sights it looks as if it is closed. We...

Very nice and lovely decorated hotel in old colonial building with beautiful balcony and lots of flowers. Stuff is very friendly but sometimes also quite slow working. Anyway the rooms are not luxury but some also have a very nice decoration and wall papers. Apart from the main street this hotel is also a quiet and relaxing place for a...

The interior had a fun and girly design and the bed was very comfortable. The downsides were that the water in the bathroom didn't work well — no hot shower, the sink's faucet didn't work, and the toilet bowl's flush didn't work at all. We had to put water in it using the shower handle so we could flush water...

I cannot believe the state of the rooms here and that this place is still allowed to operate. We arrived late at night and I had already paid for the room so we stayed the night. We had to wait in the lobby for almost twenty minutes as the room hadn't even been made up yet despite having a reservation....

Just did a short one night stay before catching the bus to Maya. It's down a side street but sign posted from the main road. It was OK for a night and the place will give a lasting memory of chinz, pinkness, bits & bobs and perhaps decline of intended grandeur. Did the job.

Guests are asked to move out because they have a curfew time. The key of the room needs to be returned whenever you leave even for a short period of time. No towel, only a cut of Rejoice shampoo sulit pack, very little soap. Telephone and TV doesn't automatically work. You still have ask the front desk in-charge to activate...
