My Family and I had a wonderfull stay in "la Maison Nil Manel" during our 7 days trip in Sri Lanka. The house is so peaceful, the bedrooms are beautiful, Chanaka's food is amazing and the staff is smiling and very attentive. Monique and Chanaka are two fabulous hosts who make you feel at home. La Maison Nil Manel was our last stop off in Sri Lanka at the end of a two week round trip in this beautiful country. We were well advised to finish our holiday in this little paradise. At our arrival we were greeted by Monique a French lady from Haut Savoie and her Sri Lankan husband Chanaka who immediately made... More

We spent a perfect but unfortunately too short week in an exceptional residence. The welcoming by Monique and Chanaka is warm, friendly and professional, and they remain attentive to our requests. Staff at the Maison Nil Manel is courteous, smiling, discreet and always ready to help. The rooms are furnished with lots of character and exudes a great serenity. Monique... More

We were nearing the end of a two week holiday in Sri Lanka, having had to change up all our plans due to weather we really wanted to spend the last couple days relaxing before heading home. We were lucky enough to stay at La Maison Nil Manel over the New Year's holiday 2015. What can I say? It was fantastic. We arrived just in time to enjoy the wonderful family-like feast they had created for their guests. The owners Chanaka and Monique went out of their way to make us feel welcome and their staff are... We (myself and my 2 daughters) spent a week at Nil Manel over new Year 2015. It is a small haven where you are made to feel as if you were staying as guests in a beautifully decorated private home ( which it is) with a very large pool. Breakfast were heaven in the beautiful gardens, and evening meals prepared... More

We stayed at the Nil Manel for 4 days in mid December 2014. The quick and easy review - book it, you won't regret it. The decoration, the location, the comfort, the food, the staff, the management/owners... everything is just right. The more detailed feedback... Nil Manel is a perfect mix, that was perfect for us. It's a huge boutique... More
