They will give you information of contacts for rafting/hiking/what you need. We booked 3 rooms which said had AC but on arrival didn't. But due to the river...

Sri Lanka is known for its friendly faces and hospitality, but this hotel puts that into question. Although amazingly located near the river and all its sporting venues, this hotel should be used a parking lot, not a place to sleep. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, with torn sheets and stained walls and insects all over. The hotel...

Stayed here recently for one night. The location is stunning, right on the Kelani River. This hotel has loads of of charm & character which makes up for the somewhat basic accommodation. It has a reasonable buffet for breakfast, lunch & dinner. The rooms are small but adequate for a short stay & have a balcony which leads to the...

Okay so the location is great with steps down to the river and the grounds at the back are lovely however that's where the good bits end: Approaching the run down building is a let down in itself then you're taken to your rooms through a long corridor that smells of mouldy and urine due to the toilets being ventilated...

Excellent location. Best rooms are located near the lawn, facing the river. What a soothing view! Restaurant is average. You could go for a river bath but be careful. Hotel is conveniently located for activities such as trekking, white water rafting, wild life watching, etc.

WOW. Cool experience at a room over looking the river. No disturbances, well cooked food. Friendly staff. Always worried about child safety :) thanks for that Mr. Lasantha. Lot more to see in walking distance. Specially Kelani River. Thank for everything.

It's location is epic, but its dilapidated and run down. Staff are consistently unwelcoming. We stop there often on route to Nuwara Eliya and have never had a good experience. Suck a pity because the place could be really speak landis to location and scenery.

Our regular stop for a meal or snack. Honest waiter, as I had left my mobile en route to the hills. He found it, and had kept it aside. I still can't believe I found it after one day!! Nice manager, Mr, L. Perera who always is so nice and greets us warmly. We have never stayed here. A beautiful...
