People are lovely. The views are great and so is the food. The walls are thin so you may hear others when you are in your room but it is worth the stay. Its a beautiful home. You will be treated well here.

Paid AUD$139 for a "deluxe room with en suite". Room consisted of two single beds pushed together, a rickety wardrobe and side tables with one lamp. Wifi did not work at all. "En suite" consisted of a mould filled shower recess with a hand shower which dribbled water. Room reeked of stale mould and I could not stop sneezing from...

First of all - the staff is too nice! It is their genuine hospitality to make one feel as comfortable as possible, which is a huge source of comfort. I can now compare, as I went to visit a few other LUXURY hotels in the same area and the staff were not as expected. The views from the windows are...

We were warmly welcomed on a glorious day by Mohan, Niroshan, Rani, and Siva. The location is was amazing, as the mist was rolling in and out of lake Gregory. The bedrooms had stunning views of the carpeted tea estates in the distance. Also the lovely Nuwara Eliya vegetable cultivations in the foreground. A very convenient place to access the...

This turned out to be a gem of a place to have found. We were warmly welcomed and could not believe the stunning view of Lake Gregory from the main area. Everything was done to ensure we enjoyed our two night stay in the top room which was very cosy. Tea-making facilities were provided as well as a tray of...

We booked Villa Acacia after a recommendation from our driver. Our family room on the lower floor was great with beautiful view over Lake Gregory. We received a warm welcome and were prepared a delicious tasty dinner, great service from all the staff.

Indeed the view in the living room is great and the staff is nice. However, our room on the first floor was not isolated, we could hear a lot of noices from the people staying in the room below ours and the bathroom could be better, we had cold water for the shower as well.
