There isn't a time limit for the day, but you have to reserve a time for the meal. Also keep in mind that you can only enter the spa area once, not unlimited entry for the day. Dinner will also be more expensive, and for the meal there is a limit for the time that's served. For example, I think lunch ends at 2, so if you reserve at 1 you'll only have an hour.
