The place is pretty cool outside and in the lobby. But the room is a horror show! Dust every where not very clean looking! Very small. Don't get me started on the bathroom! And for how much we paid I expected more. It should have been half of what we paid. The tub was gross. The toilet rocked back and...

The Arlington hotel makes you feel like you have stepped back in time and you are a wealthy high class citizen away on vacation. The staff in the spa also treat you like a wealthy high class individual. It is a must stay if you want a vacation to not only get away from work but to also get away...

Even though this hotel needs a lot of work, it is beautiful inside and out. Stayed in a "historic" room, it was small but we were only there one night and it met our needs. Bigger rooms are available. The pool was nice but was under construction and could only be used at certain times. Parking is a bit of...

Not a horrible place to stay but the rooms are very small. Also maybe if you are looking to stay maybe more than 1 or 2 nights it would be better. We stayed in a king size room for one night and it was 118$ a night. The novelty is great and if you love history its even better. Beautiful...

Very old, needs upgrade, poor fixtures, poor bathroom, needs painting. That being said.....I go back, I have gone to the Arlington for over 45 years. Like going home old home. Wish they would upgrade for the hell of it!

My wife and I have stayed at The Arlington on multiple occasions. It is THE historic hotel in downtown Hot Springs. It was the favorite place to relax for Al Capone and other Chicago gangsters and well as professional baseball players who came to Hot Springs for spring training in the first half of the twentieth century. The Arlington still...

While the building is showing its age in some aspects, the hotel was very clean and absolutely a trip back in time. I saw a few things that need to be repaired, but for the most part, everything was fine. Comfortable accommodations, and the common areas are great for taking a few minutes to people watch. Located within walking distance...

Historic hotel with great bones. Front desk check in had a clerk who knew little about the history of the hotel or town. Hotel staff were generally adequate but certainly would not be considered friendly. Salon staff reacted to my request for a pedicure at a time later than suggested by them as an imposition. The rooms were not clean....

This hotel is in a great location and has LOTS of history. Al Capone and many others have stayed here. The staff was friendly. Check in and out easy. The lobby bar and entertainment were great. Now for the bad ... this hotel is in desperate need of repair and updating. From the interior of the elevators to the hotel...

My boyfriend and I have been to Hot Springs before and completely enjoyed the downtown area. The Arlington Hotel is right in the middle of everything. We could walk to the Busckstaff Bath House and get a massage and mineral water bath. Check in was easy. The room was clean and charming. We will definitely be back again soon.
