Took advantage of a 3 day weekend to go to Hot Springs. We had a great time at the Arlington! The hotel is beautiful! Yes, some of the features are dated but that is all part of the charm. They have a live band on the weekends, we enjoyed listening to them in the lobby whole having a drink. We...

Last week my friend and I stayed at the Arlington for 3 nights. We hesitated to book it because of all the negative reviews on trip advisor. Yes, it is not a Hilton or a Marriott, but it is a 100 year old historic hotel. the room was clean and neat, the staff was wonderful, and the location at the...

I wanted my friend to experience the bath house Hot Springs tradition. Last time I went to the Buckstaff, but this time the Arlington was recommended so we tried it. The staff were very friendly. I enjoyed my massage with Gigi and my friend couldn't stop talking about her massage with Bart. The prices are very reasonable (only $61 for...

My bath and 1 1/2 hr massage was perfect and much needed. My friends bath was good but her 1 hr massage was painful. She said lady was friendly and felt like she was rushing thru massage. When it came time for her feet the lady's nails were like Edward scissorhands. She had cuts between all her toes and feels...

This is a great historic hotel in downtown Hot Springs. A nice hotel to stay and see the sights of Hot Springs. The bar is a fun space on the weekends. You can sit inside or outside and some times they have a nice little band playing. I do not reccommend eating at the hotel. The service was slow and...

My husband and I went to Hot Springs for the 1st time for our 10 year anniversary. I debated whether or not to do the thermal bath but so glad I did. The ladies at the spa made you feel welcome and comfortable. It was very relaxing. Afterwards I received a massage that was much needed! Thank you Joanne and...

We stayed two nights at this hotel and it is rich with history and ambience. Our room was large and the bed was huge and very comfortable. Room was clean. The only issue was the sink dripped and the bottom of sink was cracked terribly with black stuff (maybe mold) in the cracks. Since it was leaking I decided to...

Went on a spur of the moment trip. Called on the way & got a room. Were surprised they now offer Wi-Fi. Which made our daughter very happy. Had a lovely time. Got to once again thank Ben at the bar. May start planning trips for when we know he's there. May be a old hotel but its wonderful. Wife...

Just returned from my 3 night stay at the Arlington Hotel. This hotel was recommended by a family member of the person I was traveling with. I had read how old and Historical it was and while I am seeing negative reviews I was made to expect an old hotel that probably did not have modern renovations. And this was...

It is unfortunate that this wonderful old hotel is in serious need of a facelift. Many coats of paint on doors make them balky to open. CRT TVs in rooms. Breakfast buffet had stale bread and rolls. Much evidence of peeling paint. Still use old metal keys for room access. I was assigned a room that was still occupied. :–(
