Overall the hotel was nice and is well kept. The first night we discovered small roach's in the bathroom after we killed them we never saw any others. The parking lot for the property is a block away with no shuttle service to and from the lot although there were 2 vans at the hotel. The bed was exceptionally hard. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Car was broken into on the morning of Black Friday. Not hotel's fault, but the manager (Carlos) and his amazing staff swung into action, and took good care of me, even helping get the next hotel in another city to waive my "Non-refundable" payment! THEN comped the room for the day or so it took me to get the car drivable after the attempted theft. Customer service was fantastic, and I cannot praise them enough!

The hotel is an older hotel, but it has been recently renovated we had a corner room and it was very spacious. The hotel is a located near bathhouse row and all the downtown shops. It is very walkable to all locations

The rooms were filthy. There was dirt, grime, hair and fingerprints all over in the bathroom. The rooms are updated just dirty! The run down parking garage is about a block away and I did not feel safe walking from there at night.

Great check in, park at hotel to offload luggage, parking garage 1 block away. We easily walked to downtown, we also walked to trails, so didnt need to use car during stay.Great view from window. Room needs makeover, also no shampoo etc. Breakfast had no juice & poor food quality.would stay again due to location

We have been a participant in the SPA 5k/10k races for 38 years and the Hotel Hot Springs is an excellent place to stay because of its close location to the start and finish line of the race. We were impressed with the free parking and location of the parking garage......very convenient.....

Location is primo, but the upkeep of the rooms is subpar - they were clean...just had a lot of small issues that hadn't been addressed (torn sheet, curtains not completely attached to the rail, stained toilet seat, empty hand soap dispenser, etc.)

The HHS was a perfect place to stay while in Hot Springs. We were there for a 5k run and to enjoy the area. We were very happy with the room, food, and overall service. We will stay there again, and recommend it to others.

Everyone was super nice, the rooms were big and clean! The 12th floor had amazing views! The conference room was very nice and restrooms everywhere you needed for convenience. Check in was fast and friendly!
