This is really a cool hotel. It is really beautiful and the staff does a great job in maintaining it. I could not give it an excellent rating only because of a couple quirky things. First the bed in our room is one of those antique beds, so just getting into bed the headboard would literally hit the wall. We...

Easy to find, easy check-in, good eats at the Come Back In (complimentary breakfast(s) included with your stay), complimentary drink(s) at hotel bar. The decor is vintage and charming. The room size was perfect for the two of us (mid level room), and the bathroom large with jetted tub. There were two bottles of water in the fridge, as well...

Always a pleasure. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs for the train going by and its horn. Breakfast is tasty from the deli downstairs during the week or the restaurant next door on the weekends.

If you love B and Bs' and historical buildings then you will love the Hotel Ruby Marie. very Clean and historical. Lacked nice seating options in room but pretty cool. Would definitely stay again. Great breakfast at comeback in.

I've stayed at a lot of hotels but none have made me feel like I'm about to go on an impromptu ghost adventure quite like Hotel Ruby Marie. And I mean that in the most positive way possible. They even embrace it in the decor a little bit. It's fun. It looks immaculately restored from 150 years ago which gives...

It is also extremely convenient to downtown and to the lake. Each room is different and has a different view. We stayed in the largest room 23...

Hotel Ruby is really not your typical B&B, it's more of a hotel even though it's advertised as a B&B. Our breakfast was in a restaurant next door and we were allowed to order anything off the menu. We had a nice lakeview room. Free convenient parking. Able to walk to numerous restaurants and bars.

We wanted to be close to the Overture Center. We were so happy to find this. We had a room full of antiques. It is close to the lakefront and Capitol. There are plenty of restaurants to chose from. They do provide a continental breakfast with fresh bakery goods. Great coffee!

A hotel in the heart of Madison that is as inviting as it is affordable. As romantic as a Bed & Breakfast, with more privacy and luxury. The rooms are individually decorated, spacious, clean and comfortable, and the hotel is quiet-so once in your room you wont be distracted by the bustle outside. Free parking right outside the door. Complimentary...

My wife and I were there for three nights over valantines weekend and the coldest days of the winter. Great location, a fun bar in the hotel and you get free drink tickets with your stay. A band there pretty much every night. Comes with breakfast as well. Room was great- (#13) has a fireplace. Room didn't warm up much...
