We visit New Orleans at least twice a year and stay no where else. It feels like home. May Bailey's is the perfect way to end the day. The breakfast in the morning is fresh, hot and has great coffee!!

Wonderful. Terrific staff. Plentiful breakfast. Nice weight room. Pool area is clean and sunny. Rooms with balcony have plenty of light. Nice trip with my daughter. Good wine at bar. Bartender stories were good and don't forget the bookstore across the street. Enjoy!!!!

The location is great. One street back from Bourbon street. And it was very quiet in the evenings. My sister and I travel together and we felt very safe staying there. The staff were very helpful in recommending several great restaurants. They were also very helpful with scheduling tours.

I love the room but not too much as to where it's located because we here on the outside noise. Very rustic and relaxing feel. Breakfast was located behind our room which is very convenient and smells good in the morning but we hear all the noise in the morning.

Very close to Bourbon street in French quarter. Rooms are smaller but very good when you look at price and location. A great pick. Lot of restaurants nearby. You can walk everywhere. They say this was ex whorehouse which gives it panache Lol

nosey at night . overall satisfied. Elevators were being painted so there was a long wait to go to room. Wi-Fi terrible . The room served us well. Parking expensive but had little choice. We enjoyed ourselves

Very satisfied. Perfect location and we'll maintained. Will stay here again. Friendly and helpful staff, quick to please. Location couldn't have been any better. Short walk to the action, buy far enough away to escape when you're ready.

Staying in French Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
