Average, but unique. Good location near the French Quarter and the French Market. Park your own car on site. Send someone inside to check in, and they will open the parking gate for you. Large vehicles likely won't fit. Desk people are very nice and helpful. Hot tub was too hot, and the desk attendant came out to adjust it...

Thank you Cmoney2017, We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay and appreciate your taking the time to write. Thank you for adding the tip about parking, as our lot entrance is small (originally built for horses and buggies!). We also offer a limited number of spots for larger vehicles in an auxiliary lot around the corner....

We enjoyed this hotel, it's a great location with very friendly staff! Since its so close to the bars it's loud until around 3 am but it worth it. The beds are very comfortable. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Thank you so much Tammy. We do so appreciate a lovely review and you are right, we are in the middle of the music industry so thanks for letting others know. You'd be surprised by the amount of people who don't bother to research before they make a reservation.

awesome stay - clean, safe, cute, perfect location, recommend highly for weekend warriors! staff was friendly and informative for sure. 109 is good for a couple - might be noisy or crowded if a bunch of people are in the pool (which I can only imagine as no one was in the pool at the time we stayed - but...

Everything was wonderful. Poolside room was great. The Rooftop Terrace is really nice. The only problem we found was no buns over stained glass above door which allowed like to aggravate the crap out of you all night. But it's only problem I say it's all good

Look, let's be honest here. If you want peace and quiet, lush rooms with concierge service, go elsewhere. Now, for those still here, you'll appreciate this place. Small, quaint, secure, friendly, and within stumble distance of some great music, drinks and food. Parking is really cramped, but secure. Small heated pool in courtyard looked inviting but we didn't get to...

Craig, Thank you so much for writing. We appreciate it. It is so nice hear that you know how to enjoy the city, without needing to feel as though you could be in Cleveland or Chicago. Parking is as it is due to the garage actually having been built for horses and carriages. Can't get more historical than that. Hope...

Hubby and I come to Nawlins all the time. Usually stay in Fq but decided to try something new this time. We stumbled upon the Frenchmen Hotel after experiencing some of the live music on street. Of all our times in New Orleans, we never really explored Frenchmen Street until now. Boy,, have we been missing out!!!! Wanted a balcony...

Wonderful New Orleans style hotel in the heart of everything! My friends and I came in for the weekend. Our room was great, we really enjoyed the beautiful tropical pool area, and the staff was accommodating and extremely friendly.

Power was out when we arrived late afternoon and it was colder in the room we were sent to than the outside temperature of 28 degrees! Didn't take long to figure out why ... there was light coming in the cracks in the floor to ceiling windows . No weather stripping! We live in the south in a 100+ yr...

Dear Jenny, I am so sorry to hear that your stay fell during an unexpected neighborhood wide power outage and more so that we were unable to offer better accommodations during that time. Looking into the event, we learned that the outage was caused by a downed utility pole a few blocks from the hotel. Our service provider restored power...

Way too much for way too little. Worst hotel stay ever. Deafening music from nearby bars until 4AM. Continental breakfast was laughable. Quaint and poor maintenance do not equate. Stay away at all costs!

socaltom, Thank you for writing. We appreciate all who comment and look to your words as we improve our guest services and amenities. We are in the heart of the music district, so it can get loud. I regret that we were unable to offer you one of our quiet rooms away from the street.

Nice hotel, true New Orleans style. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location within walking distance of everything. When we arrived, our room had been upgraded. We had a huge private balcony overlooking Frenchmen St.
