Although the area around the hotel is not so pretty (industry, highways), the hotel is very nice with a special architecture, it is comfortable, and we felt sure there.
Our room was spacious and clean, the room service was friendly and very good.
Being aware that the hotel was far from downtown NO and in a part of the city witha lot of industry we were surprised by the area around the pool and the side entrance (car park): very nice. Fresh coffee avaiable in the lobby around...More

I don't know about handicap showers...give them a call for your details. The front desk folks were very friendly and helpful.
