I found Avenue Inn Bed & Breakfast a wonderful place to stay. I had only wish that my stay could have been longer. Joe & Bebe are wonderful hosts. Avenue Inn Bed & Breakfast is wonderfully located, with the trolly right outside your door. Joe always offered suggestions on where to go and was always available for information about the...

First trip to New Orleans for Jazz fest and the Avenue Inn was the perfect place to stay. It was nice to be in the quieter Garden District after loud days of music and fun in the French Quarter. Breakfast is great and the complimentary snack tower was an awesome treat. The cable car is right out the front door....

We absolutely loved staying here. I do not usually do the B& B thing but I have found myself telling all my friends that should they ever go to New Orleans this is the place to stay. Quiet, peaceful and helpful. Breakfast is good and very easy. And the location and streetcar across the street are the best.

Cute little Inn in Garden District. Few blocks from Magazine street, a street filled with restaurants and shops. Street car is right outside the inn, super convenient. The owners are very nice and helpful. Beautiful mansion, clean, convenient and cozy.

Joe is a great resource for activities and restaurants in the area. The best tip was Ignatius Eatery within walking distance to the Inn on Magazine Street. Tasty, authentic fare and a great intoduction into New Orleans' cuisine. The breakfast was exactly as advertised. Fresh continental breakfast with plenty of fresh hot coffee which was enjoyable to eat on the...
