Too bad out first stay was met with a somewhat rude check-in representative. Wasn't gonna let her rudeness ruin our overnight stay... Very nice room, great location, but likely won't return for future trips. But hospitality is suppose to be your business, and hospitality was...More

Location and service are optimal. The rooms are spacious and clean. Great options for breakfast. The French quarter, superdome, and other attractions are at walking distance. The hotel has a descent pool. Great for groups and families.

Stay away from Holiday Inn online booking and the rewards club. A confusing and over engineered spam fest.
This hotel is well above average for a Holiday Inn. Very different from the blandness of most HI's. It has a vibe..a unique feel to it. I...More

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Superdome. The main resin we chose this property was the parking during our cruise and the location to downtown. The room was nice and well accommodated for myself and the two others with me. The front desk...More

Central Business District
Also Known As
Holiday Inn Downtown Superdome Hotel New Orleans ,
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title might suggest that this area is all about business and little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you away from the Central Business District. The CBD offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts
District and Tremé, with the river at its eastern extreme, this hub for sports, gaming, shopping, theatre, family-friendly activities, and amazing regional cuisine makes a smart base wherever your interests lie.
