Hotel's Favourite
Stayed here for three nights in August and was a good choice.
Price was good and my reason why I chose this hotel (had booked another before but Indigo was around $100 cheaper).
Got a room at the corner, huge windows and nice view, very modern & spacious plus a comfortable bed. Staff was friendly, sometimes a bit distanced but not impolite. Could keep my luggage after check out and also hung out in the lobby 2 hours before my uber arrived as I was struggling with heat.
Nice location as well, nearly everything in walking distance.
Would recommend staying here.

Hotel Indigo French Quarter did not disappoint! Loved the way the room was thoughtfully laid out and nicely furnished. The countertop space and outlets on both sides of the bathroom vanity were a dream for someone who has a hair dryer, curling iron and flat iron. The location is great if you want to be near the French Quarter but not hear the noise at night, just a short walk across Canal Street.

Hugo, Aqua, and Sarah are the best people to pick to represent the Indigo hotel. These employees are worth their weight in gold. I spoke with them on many occasions and they were very happy to assist. They are upbeat and ready to help with anything. Hugo has a smile and personality representing the good in the world. Sarah is very professional accomodating manager. Aqua you are a kick and I can tell you love your job. See guys I told you I would review, LOL I really do review it just takes a minute. I usually stay at Kimpton or HI but with people like yourselves being at Indigo I certainly will start adding Indigo to the list!
The rooms are clean and the food was perfect. This location was exceptional. Easy to get to Bourbon St. and access to the RTA. We had everything we needed. Kudos to the interior decorator. Our bathroom had a very comfortable shower that was so strong and the water went right down. The breakfast was amazing. Relaxing and easy bar to hang out:) Our room had the perfect view of the city lol Gotham. You will see when you get there.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Indigo French Quarter. The hotel feels very fresh and new , nicely appointed with modern and attractive furnishings and a nice bar restaurant area. The rooms and hallways are furnished in a contemporary style and done in good taste. The beds are super comfortable with good pillows and the bathrooms are clean and new. Here are some things you should know: the walls are thin so you can hear people in the rooms next door. We asked to change our room after the first night and thereafter we were on a quieter floor. They gave us free breakfast to make up for the inconvenience which was very nice. The hotel is centrally located to all areas of the city and the st Charles street car is just outside. Ubers arrived with 5 minutes anytime of the day. The service is good but not perfect. Housekeeping must be requested each morning or your room will not be cleaned. The price for the room was very reasonable for the quality of the stay.

we stayed here for four nights last week, the location is fantastic, right on the streetcar line, two blocks from bourbon street. the hotel looks like new and is very clean. four of us couples visited. upon check in, two of us got rooms with no closet, two with. no big deal, the rooms are a little small, but the amenities are great, bed very comfortable.
now what needs work. the blond gal at reception all week, was not at all friendly nor helpful, very blunt answers for any question, but at least she was presentable. i will say that on our last day, the young man at the front desk was quite helpful.
the restaurant… the food is good, especially the hamburger is to die for, breakfast is plentiful. the servers mixed up our orders more then once as they don’t write anything down. they seem to be everywhere (drinking coffee, eating, on their phones), they need to concentrate on what they are doing. the hispanic bus lady was much more on her toes, serving coffee, etc.
the appearance of these restaurant and bar employees leaves a lot to be desired for such a great new hotel. they really take away from the whole vibe. long scraggly hair, baggy jeans and dirty tennis shoes, the only uniform would be the Common Interest (name of the restaurant) t shirt they wear, and i swear one of the young men wore the same green one every day. these are all young kids working here.
i write this in the hope that there is a manager or owner who is interested in the appearance and customer service aspect of this great hotel. it is so important.
we took a tour based out of a similar hotel, not as well located and not new at all, but the workers there were friendly, well groomed, even asked us if we needed anything while we waited. what a difference.
attitude is everything, and it sure would make a difference at indigo hotel
appearance helps!

I stayed in a standard two double bed room with my partner and our 11 year old daughter for a week. The room was a decent size and had enough storage space for the week. We liked the decor and everything was very clean and comfortable.
The proximity of the hotel to attractions was excellent, within walking distance of the French Quarter and next to the St Charles streetcar line. It was also easy to get an Uber to pick us up/drop off right outside the hotel. However, we didn’t like the Canal street area, it felt run down, with people who made us uncomfortable. When we arrived at the hotel on 28 October, it was at the same time as a shooting occurred just metres away, so that was scary. Next time we visit, we would stay right in the French Quarter, but I would still recommend this hotel’s location for larger groups, families without young children.
Hotel staff were friendly but on one occasion forgot our request to service the room and fix the shower. After that, the room was serviced every time we requested it but the shower was never fixed and it did not work very well.
We had to put a $100 deposit on our credit card and this was held until a few days after we left.
Overall a good stay.

Great location! Close enough to the fun, but far enough away! Will stay there again. Front desk staff wasn’t overly friendly, but valet staff was helpful and very friendly! We were given a handicapped room even though we weren’t in need of one. With that said, the room was not compatible with a 6’2” man! Had we realized this upon check in, we would have requested a regular room. Rooms are very small, but comfortable. Our room was not cleaned during the duration of our stay-I don’t know if this is something you have to request or what. The hotel is pet friendly-which is fine as we are animal lovers, but the walls are quite thin and a dog on our floor barked a lot throughout the night and every sound from people in the halls is heard clearly. If you are going here needing sleep, this might not be the best choice. However, all in all, not a bad place to stay.

Beautiful but small rooms. Looks new inside but you can look at the bathroom doors and tell it’s renovated but it’s a good renovation. Bathrooms are TINY and the shower is very narrow. Didn’t sleep much as you can literally hear Everything going on outside. The location is amazing as it was a very short walk to the action on canal and bourbon street. Bed was soooo comfortable. The cleaning service is upon request only and you have to request before noon which I never got up in time. The maids/cleaner on the 3rd floor was so obnoxiously loud in the mornings. I was able to overlook everything else but lastly we were charged for parking $246 even though we didn’t have a car. I had to file a dispute with my credit card because it’s been nearly a week and the manger has yet to call or email me as promised.

Started out bad during check-in. The lady at the front desk stating that our pre-booked fully paid accommodation with 2 queen beds was not available and they could provide us only 2 double beds. Also, she went about charging me an additional full booking amount in spite of me explaining that it was fully paid (including breakfast). She later took the time to review the confirmation and correct the problem after we had spent a good hour+ disputing with her. She started giving excuses that the third party we booked through was to blame rather than the hotel. Just 2 cents - stay away from this hotel (not worth the trouble/hassle).

Dear Nairs1706, Thank you for taking the time to review the hotel. I apologize for the confusion and inconvenience that was bestowed upon you. All of our double bed rooms have queen size beds. Double beds is a term hotels use to state that the room has two beds. We also originally did not have your reservation prepaid or including breakfast, but did honor your reservation after confirmation was given to us. I know this was very frustrating for you and I apologize again for this inconvenience. Warm Regards, Taylor McInerney General Manager

The hotel was in a great location, and it was not too noisy at night. I had a great stay until it came to checking out, unfortunately.
Due to the weather our flight was cancelled on 16JAN2024 until the following day 17JAN2024. We booked the trip on a 3rd party site and were told that we would have to extend/rebook through the actual hotel. On the night of 15JAN2024 when I first got notice we would have to stay an extra night due to the flight cancellation I spoke to the night desk associate. He stated that the cost would be $129 for the additional night but then said actually I got a rate locked in for $95. I was pleased and said charge my card that is on file. On 17JAN2024 when I checked out with the front desk the young lady asked if I wanted my receipt (I normally say no but for some reason this time I said yes). I notices I was charged $129 for the night and with fees it came out to $150. I explained the issue with the young lady and she said she would have to go get the GM. Unfortunately for me again my uber was waiting outside so I could catch my flight. I gave my contact info to the young lady and she said she would give to the GM to give me a call about the issue. I'm sure you can guess that since we were from out of town we received no call from anyone from the hotel. I waited a week before writing this review to get them an opportunity to do as they stated.

They did that to us June of 23 as well and same we had no car either. They charged us over $400 for valet. We called and called and they were screening our calls and wouldn’t answer. We just disputed it through our credit card company and got our money back
I don't believe there are any balconies. That could be your problem!
i have no idea! we sure had sheets!!
I have no idea why it would say that. I stayed there 3 weeks ago and had bedsheets in our room.
