What a nightmare this hotel is. From the outside and pictures online this hotel looks beautiful however it is simply a 2 star hotel with the facade of a 4 star hotel. The lobby is beautiful and the rooms are fine however the level of...More

I apologize that your stay with us was not up to your standards and I can assure you that I have personally escalated your concerns to upper management. Thank you for your feedback.
The first time I walked into The Saint Hotel, I felt as though I had been transported into another realm! Immediately, it is clear that The Saint is less a hotel, more an experience. Every space is meticulously designed- from the lobby, to the elevators,...More
Basically an old musty hotel with a refurbished lobby. Dark and musty rooms and hallways. Dusty carpets in hallways and lobby. Surly front desk staff. No bottles of water in room except for $6 bottle of Fuji. No concierge or anyone who has recommendations. Whole...More

I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a hip, fun hotel that's walking distance to everything the French Quarter offers as well as easy access to other areas. Walking to other neighborhoods or using the nearby streetcars makes accessing all of the...More
Great location and the staff was very helpful in assisting us with fun filled activities to do. Upon check in they made you feel very welcomed and the lobby was beautiful. Don’t miss the Burlesque show in the club. It was lots of fun and...More
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title might suggest that this area is all about business and little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you away from the Central Business District. The CBD offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts
District and Tremé, with the river at its eastern extreme, this hub for sports, gaming, shopping, theatre, family-friendly activities, and amazing regional cuisine makes a smart base wherever your interests lie.

There is valet parking available, which can be a bit pricey. Honestly, if you don't have to have a car with you, I wouldn't. The hotel is located about two blocks from Bourbon Street (about a 5 min walk, if that) and also very close to other tourist spots (like Jackson Square, Garden District, etc.) You can always uber/lyft to places for a cheaper price than the valet parking price.
