I hate it when people review the hotel as being great and then one thing spoils the experience, however, that's kind of what happened to us. The hotel was really fine, good location, staff was excellent upon check-in. Room was comfortable and clean and bright. However, on Saturday night we had a dinner reservation at 5:30, a twenty minute drive...

Dear Valued Guest. WOW! I am beyond sorry for the experience you had waiting... and waiting for your car. We truly appreciate your candid, heartfelt feedback. I know how frustrating this must have been, especially with a baby that our natural instinct as parents is to protect, from the heat, and from hunger. I assure you we take this very...

OMG! I am a hotel junkie and therefore, I frequently stay in hotels. Customer service and a beautiful comfortable atmosphere is most important to me. The Saint Hotel is where we stayed for my niece's Bachelorette Party this month! The hotel is beautifully decorated but the most important aspect of our stay was THE STAFF! I have NEVER received such...

This hotel had the best staff and accommodated us to no end with such hospitality and willingness to serve. Service was always impeccable!! Rooms were beautiful and clean! We were able to enjoy the entire hotel...private party room, the bar, the restaurant and the club. I have never had so much fun in such a beautiful place with such beautiful...

Stopped in New Orleans on our way to the beach, picked this hotel because of the reviews and it sounded like a neat place to stay. We were met by friendly valet staff upon arrival, easy check in and friendly staff there also. Room was very nice and clean. Location is excellent to take in all the sights. Also want...

The room was clean (which is a biggie for me)! The staff was extremely nice and helpful! The location is great for those who need quick access to the streetcars and/or buses, it is a few blocks from Bourbon St, BUT far enough to NOT hear all the late nighters from your room! Nice and big shower ... modern style!...

I stayed here in Summer 2015 for a 5-night stay. My sister wanted to go to New Orleans for her 21st birthday. We went in June which was pretty humid, but not as bad as what people had said, especially if you've been to the south before. June to October is off-season (hurricane season) which is great if you want a...

This is a great hotel that I heard has been recently renovated. We stayed at this hotel on the way to a cruise. It is convenient to downtown and the port. It has valet parking, nice clean rooms and very friendly service. Valet parking is very convenient when trying to park in the downtown area.

I would recommend this hotel if you're looking for a more romantic atmosphere. Very dim hallways with blue lighting. Our room faced Canal St. I wouldn't recommend if you're looking for a quiet nite; sirens throughout the nite. Room was clean, bed was comfy, and roomy.

I stayed at The Saint hotel July 8, 2016 for 4 nights. My boyfriend and I went to NOLA for a wedding. The best part of the hotel is the location. It's right on Canal Street right across from a trolley pick-up and 1.5 blocks from Bourbon st. We were able to walk everywhere in the French Quarter from our...

The service here is great from the time you put your car in park! Valet guys, Bellman (Kenny), and front desk ladies (Tayla and Maegan) the greatest!!! We will definitely revisit soon. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to a lot of tourist areas. This hotel is designed more in mind for couples. The hallways are...

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title might suggest that this area is all about business and little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you away from the Central Business District. The CBD offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts District and Tremé, with the river at its eastern extreme, this hub for sports, gaming, shopping, theatre, family-friendly activities, and amazing regional cuisine makes a smart base wherever your interests lie.
