We checked into this hotel because it was on the parade route and also we were leaving for the airport in the morning. The hotel only offers valet parking and it's an additional cost to your hotel stay. Out room was number 215 and it was remodeled. The shower does have a little mold and the carpet was a little...

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Indigo. It is located in a great part of town. We had a day exploring the Garden District but also enjoyed the easy access to several streetcar stops to make our way to the French Quarter. We also walked to several restaurants and coffee shops close by.

I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and found it to be a pleasant experience in a good location away from the French Quarter but close enough with Street Car access. I had a room on the 7th floor overlooking St Charles Avenue. Well appointed rooms, Aveda bathroom products, good bed and plenty of storage room, There is no...

This hotel is well situated in the "lower" garden district. We stayed here over the holidays, and it was my second time at this property. Best part is that you can park for free on St Charles and take the street car into the CBD and French Qtr. The rooms are spacious and clean. We were upgraded upon checkin, due...

Convenient location in the Garden District. Hotel could use some updates - such as new flooring in hallways. We originally were assigned a room on the sixth floor. We moved to the ninth floor due to barking dogs on the sixth. Ninth floor room was much nicer than sixth floor room. Jasmine (front desk) was instrumental in getting us moved....

Over the last few years I've become a huge fan of boutique hotels. They have such unique features that make my stay more special. Indigo is not the best boutique hotel I've been to, but there is nothing about it that would prevent my return. The front desk staff don't have the level of professionalism that I have come to...

Convenient for travel around city by Street Car as sits on St. Charles, across from Street Car line. Easy walking distance to nearby restaurants on St. Charles and Magazine St. Great Garden District homes to view on a walking tour. Parking is valet only.

Staff was great (especially Jasmine at the front desk). King suite was very comfortable, though a fridge would have been nice. This is a pet friendly hotel which was one of the reasons for selecting it as we brought our puppy along on our vacation to NOLA.
