Can't believe there is a better deal than this little hotel in New Orleans. Historic rooms, ambiance, rooftop bar, attentive staff. Like going back to the 40's except the room was large and modern. Simply can't beat this place.

To my recollection, no. There is a nice coffee shop/ restaurant in the lobby though.

I believe about 10-15 mins. I remember seeing it on the street car.
