We enjoyed our entire stay at your hotel. This survey has been the most unpleasant part of it all. I was willing to just give a brief survey. Now I have to write an entire summary. Only ppl who complain need so many characters. Great hotel and staff. Thanks

It seens that our room was the smallest on our floor. No sitting accommodations, hardly any space to walk between bed and cabinet. Just not a comfortable room for the price. Our friends had much more room a few doors down for the same price.

THIS SUCH A GREAT PLACE TO STAY. Wonderful staff , clean and quite just two blocks from all the party. Having a courtyard pool and their own garage in the French Quarter is a true plus. We always stay with these folks, they make you feel special.

It's very nice to know that you have a place to call home away from home. The staff is wonderful, and look forward to my next visit. The location is accessible to the center of town. Thank You All - Great Job!!!

This hotel is very conveniently located in the French Quarter, 2 blocks off Bourbon Street, the noisiest street in New Orleans. Considering how noisy it can be, it's a relatively quiet neighborhood. The only complaint was the noise in the hallway of the revelers who continued their party on their way to their rooms. The hallway door was thin and...

The hotel is close to Bourbon Street and all the action, yet quiet area. Parking is a bit pricey but the staff is great. Limited views are just a window over the Toulouse St or into the garden. When booking the room ask if there is a wedding in the garden because that limits use of the garden and the...

Perfect location..within easy walking distance to Bourbon Street yet away from associated noise. Will definitely return. Located just across street from cab waiting area thus making hailing of cab for return to airport so easy!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was near everything we want to see and do but far enough away from at the hustle and bustle at night so noise was at a minimum when we wanted to sleep. Pool area was wonderful and welcoming. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with your fellow TripAdvisor users. We truly have a great location that was made even better by the addition of the new Rampart streetcar line just one block away also. Great way to get to the Saints games! The Maison Du Puy was very pleasant and location was great. We saw two weddings in the courtyard from our balcony which made our stay even more special. Food is great at the Bistreaux and bar. No complaints.

Enjoyed our stay and both Dawn and Roy the hotel concierges were very helpful. My chief complaint is that we booked a room with a balcony and it turns out it is a shared balcony and therefore, no privacy.

Thank you for staying with us and for your kind comments about our concierge team. They are awesome! If you return in the future, be sure to ask for a private balcony, as many of our rooms do have private balconies. Steve Ferran General Manager

Staying in French Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
