Totally disappointed. Disgusted to be exact. Filthy carpet, stained drapes, boxspring rusty. We feared the bead had bedbugs. This is more like a low-income project room in a ghetto. Got it from Hotwire at a very discounted price. Now we know why. Stay away!!!!

It really depends whether or not you've made the reservation directly through the hotel or through a traveling website. The property manager continually made the claim that she couldn't refund me as I paid the traveling website, which was false but that was her justification. If you are having difficulties in getting a refund I would recommend disputing the payment through your credit card company and putting a claim for failure to provide basic ammenties.
