This hotel was exactly what we needed for our trip to New Orleans! We were walking distance from the French Quarter and so many other places while not being located in the middle of all the craziness. The staff was very friendly and gave great recommendations for restaurants. It had multiple parking garages surrounding it as well if you drive there like we did. There wasn't a mini fridge in the room but other than that, we will definitely stay here again the next time we're back in the area.

Hotel's Favourite
We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was. It was very clean. They were pet friendly with $0 dollar pet fee which is very rare. The room only cost us $105 with tax and fees. Very reasonable. We were only 2 blocks from the French Quarter and enjoyed the easy walk. Valet parking ended up being right in front of the hotel so once we parked our truck it stayed right in front during our stay. We could even see it from the room. The room was not very sound proof and we could hear our neighbors and people walking in the hall and on the street. But, you don’t expect to have much peace and quiet in N.O. If you want more peace and quiet ask for a room off the street. Wish I had thought of that and I usually do when staying in the heart of the French Quarters but since we were out of FQ I didn’t think about. But it is a big city and has all the big city noises. The front desk clerk was very sweet and helpful and assured us that most of N.O. Is dog friendly and they were. We were able to get our 10 pound shi-poo into every courtyard we enquired about and into some stores. This may have been due to being in covid and restaurants and stores are more lenient. It was a great getaway from daily life.

A lovely hotel! Was very clean and modern kinda hipster feel. When we got to our room I was sweating like crazy from the summer heat and while the room was a normal cool temperature I called the desk for a standing fan which they brought up within minutes and greatly improved my comfort during my stay. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The room was decently sized and decor/design choices were stellar. I randomly got a corner room witch had floor to ceiling windows on 3 of 4 walls (including in the bathroom) but there were blackout shades and sheer curtains as well! They didn’t mention this when we checked in but there is a sun longe/balcony on the 6th floor with lights strung above and patio furniture for drinks or a date night with takeout. There was also a small fitness center with treadmills, a stationary bike, ellipticals, and separate men and women’s saunas (and also bathrooms). A surprise perk! While there are no fridges or microwaves in room there is an ice machine so you could potentially just keep food chilled and sneak to a nearby hotel lobby to reheat lol (I did ask to use a microwave which they said was for employees only so weather they’d heat things for you probably depends on who you catch working). For parking across the street (uncovered pay at kiosk) I paid $90 for 3 days. It was $26 a day plus tax and I didn’t feel worried at all about leaving my car there overnight without monitoring it. Location was close enough to walk to French quarter or Warehouse district but a 2 block walk gets you to the canal street trollies which get you pretty much anywhere. You can purchase a day pass in person on a trolley or through the RTA app for just $3! Overall I loved my stay at this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

My very first time in this beautiful city and the Magnolia lives up to their name with hospitality. Mrs Molly Hannen and Mrs Dacia Mitchell greeted me with a hearty greeting of "Good Morning. How can we help you?" with a smile. You can also receive tea or coffee upon request. All that good vibes before a first cup of coffee. It basically set the tempo for my day which is positive and upbeat. The rooms were clean no mildew or funky odors. The water is hot. Overall it was a 5 star experience. Bless those ladies with a bonus for going the extra mile of comfort. GOD bless😊
