We spent 3 lovely nights at the Windsor Court Hotel in May. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left we enjoyed everything. They wished us a Happy Anniversary when we checked in. Usually I do not mention these things in making reservations, but it was our 25th anniversary and I thought, why not? We were also...

Stayed here with a bunch of guys for a bachelor party in June 2014. We had three rooms total and all were very clean, comfortable and the staff was accommodating. The location is great - just far enough away from the party zone to be quiet at night and close enough to walk to lots of the night life and...

I've been staying in Windsor Court for over 10 years, twice a year, usually on a couple's weekend. During any contact with a staff member, they are all top notch and attentive. The location is excellent for any downtown, Harrah's Casino or French Quarter excursions. The Polo Lounge is one our favorite places to have cocktails. The bar is complete...

The hotel is just a few blocks away from french quarter. Once you walk into the calm beautiful lobby you will be glad you stayed here. Check in staff were very nice and actually showed us a few rooms before we decided on one. The club level is worth it- can get light breakfast and snacks during the day, as...

We went down to NOLA for the French Quarter Festival and had the pleasure of staying at the Windsor Court Hotel. This place was spectacular, great food, beautiful suite and an ideal location. The staff was very accommodating, and made a rather awkward arrival time not so bad. Because we were out and about so much, we didn't get to...

I just left this hotel, what a disaster. The hotel is dated and in desperate need of renovation. The lobby was understaffed, I waited 15 minutes to check in and check out. The staff that was there was rude and unhelpful and didn't seem like they wanted to be there. They made me feel guilty that I was asking questions...

Stayed for a few days with husband and daughter. The hotel looks good though a bit dated. The suite was large and the staff is friendly and willing to help. Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title might suggest that this area is all about business and little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you away from the Central Business District. The CBD offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts District and Tremé, with the river at its eastern extreme, this hub for sports, gaming, shopping, theatre, family-friendly activities, and amazing regional cuisine makes a smart base wherever your interests lie.
