Nice boutique hotel with a convenient location to Bourbon Street, trolley and great restaurants, The rooms are tiled and have a clean feel. The 5th floor windows had limited view. The breakfast was above average buffet and there was free water and bathrobes in the room. The staff was very friendly. I would stay again.

We spent 2 nights at the Hotel Mazarin at the end of our honeymoon, and it was wonderful, the room was spacious, clean, and well appointed, and a bottle of prosecco upon check in sure doesn't hurt! The staff were all friendly and helpful, we can't wait to come back!

Great hotel, good price. Getting to the hotel was a bit difficult due to street closings for both nights. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is located in the heart of the French quarter. Parking as expected was $36.

If you are looking for action in Burban street this is for you. The rooms are far from what they are portrayed on the web-site. We went with premium king at too price and it's hard to believe there are smaller rooms. Balcony was fine but not if you want any sort of quiet. Staff is friendly.

From the moment you open the doors into the beautiful lobby and reception area, you are enveloped in French Quarter charm and geniality. Warmly received by the front desk attendance, who really know how to make their guests feel appreciated and special. Our room was amazing!!! (320) I have posted pictures in addition to my review. Loved the French doors...

Very disappointed in the room size. Felt like we were in a shoebox. The hotel was nice and staff and breakfast was wonderful. We had a Deluxe King and I can't imagine what a Petite King would look like. I didn't hear any noise from outside but the noise from the halls was very loud.

I have now stayed here a few different times and have loved it every time. Let's be clear, you're staying in the French Quarter around the corner from Bourbon Street, so you should have your expectations of noise levels in check. Other than it being a bit noisy at times (they have sound machines in the rooms to help with...

The location was perfect, right off Bourdon Street. The rooms were nice and clean. The service was excellent, just like being in a 5 star hotel. The best thing was the 5 star complimentary breakfast and service.

First visit to New Orleans and found the Mazarin to be a quiet oasis in the bustle of the French Quarter. Good sized rooms, nice breakfast in the courtyard, very relaxed atmosphere just next to Bourbon St. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, we had an enjoyable stay. The only reason it doesn't get the 5 stars is because the...

We stayed for 3 nights in a room away from the street which made it very quiet. Staying in French Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
