hotel location was awesome. rooms were clean and bell desk was very helpful. hotel restaurant was good. overall experience was very good. i would recommend this hotel to friends and family. the view of the mississippi river was nice too

A great view of the Mississippi, treated royally by staff, and all the services I needed. Nice to not be in the crowded noise of the French quarter, but very close to walk. Great old fashion bar along with creative drinks and wonderful bartenders. Good...More
Hotel was able to handle convention guests with ease. Very convenient location for all of New Orleans' attractions. Everything was walkable. Convenient shopping with attached mall to the convention center.More

Breakfast is not complimentary. They offer breakfast items off a menu or you can select the buffet ‘which is pricey. There is also a Starbucks market in the main lobby that offers breakfast sandwiches and pastries.
