Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. About a 10 minute walk to the French Quarter and about the same to the Dome. If staying here, note that the entrance to the hotel is inside the onsite parking garage.

We ate in the restaurant both mornings that we were there. We added the breakfast to our room for a small extra fee and it was very worth it. Shanique and Charese in the restaurant catered to our every whim. They were phenomenal. The food was delicious and very filling. We asked for a blow up bed for our room... More

Great room and very comfortable and clean. Good location near French quarter and very close to cruise terminal. Also near shopping mall and food court at cruise terminal for breakfast. Safe district. Bar rather quiet and uninviting.

I've stayed several times at this hotel and it is by far my favorite in New Orleans - the location is actually a great middle-ground for exploring the city, only a short walk to the French Quarter or to the Garden District. There are a range of restaurants and bars near by if you don't want to venture too far... More

The food at the bistro was magnificent. Tiara, my server at the Bistro made us feel like a part of the family, pouring on the genuine charm and Southern Hospitality. Also she had had impeccable service; she did not fail to impress. It's not every day you make a new friend in a hotel, so you know it's special when... More

Great hotel, definitely one of the best in the city. With the help of my bistro server Tiara Jones, my experience here was one to remember! She provided great service as well as conversation. Will definitely be back soon.

Was in town for a conference alone and strolled downstairs to the Bistro where Tiara Jones made me feel comfortable being a female alone in a different city. She was full of life and quite a joy to converse with while grabbing some food and drinks. A true joy to meet, I hope Tiara goes far in her endeavors but... More

Checked in with mobile app day before in the hopes rooms would be ready. They were not, so they said they would give me an upgrade but feel like I got a down grade. My original rooms were connecting(as I requested if possible) over looking the pool. The upgrade rooms were in a far corner-separate, not connecting over looking street.... More

Thank you for your feedback backymy15. I believe I spoke to you and your husband about a room change. Our apologies for the misunderstanding. As mentioned before, we try to offer all of our Elite guests a complimentary upgrade if possible, unfortunately, in this case it did not meet your needs. Hope you enjoyed the remainder of your stay. I enjoyed my stay, staff was very supportive and helped with directions and any questions. The room was clean and quite. Ideally located near conference hall and the warehouse/art area. The out Pool area is clean and could keep the kids happy if they have tagged along.

Not only is the aesthetic reminiscent and respectful of the area's history, the service is prompt and top notch. Of particular note, Lisa Malechi at the Bistro made us feel like a part of the family, pouring on the genuine charm and Southern Hospitality. Staying in Arts District / Warehouse District

Neighbourhood Profile
Arts District / Warehouse District
Once a thriving industrial zone, today this district is home to a buzzing arts scene with an amazing assortment of galleries, boutiques, and studios having moved in and set up shop throughout the disused warehouses for which the area is so well known. Much of the art you'll come across here is local in scope, ownership and inspiration. However, among the many old brick warehouses are modern structures of steel and glass housing large-scale cultural institutions of national prominence such as the National World War II Museum, the Contemporary Arts Center, and the Ogden Museum of Southern Art. Just as eye catching as what’s on view inside the galleries and museums is the chance to see your ship come in at the Julia Street Cruise Terminal, which serves as a wistful reminder of the city’s historic maritime prominence.
