Mediocre hotel. If your room is located near Lafayette, and your stay is over the weekend, don’t plan on getting to sleep until 3a. The rooms are located directly above a night club that blasts music til 3a. I’m talking fixtures-in-room-shaking bass. The hotel ran out of bottled water. You would think that someone in management would run to Costco and buy some. Nope, no bottled water entire stay. Facility is tired, moldy smelling hallways and elevator landings. Seriously stained carpeting. Beds were subpar. Front desk attendants are poorly trained; asked for non-feather pillows, woman’s response “so we supposed to go to the store and buy new ones?!” Smdh. The outcome: to have maintenance guy go through vacant rooms and find non-feather pillows. Not kidding.

Great location. Our friends had a room in front of the club and they said it was terribly loud. They were able to move the next morning and everything was fine. Woke up the next day with a boot on our car because the receptionist failed to give us the appropriate paperwork when we checked in. We loved the rustic / warehouse feel and decor. Our room was big and spacious but no housekeeping the entire weekend.

Had a wonderful time at the hotel. Brittany at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and friendly. It was our first time traveling since covid and really appreciated the extra support to get the lay of the land.

Great stay! Premium hotel. We enjoyed all of the commodities. The staff was great. Overall stunning. I've stayed in hotels in NYC, Hamburg as well as spots in Spain and France. This one is the most premium.
