Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Food is ok but a bit overpriced for what you get. The rooms were very clean, the view is fantastic and it is really close to Tikal which is a must for early visit to the park!

So if you feel the need to have a room available for your use immediately upon your arrival, I imagine you'll need to inform the management of your needs, give them your ETA, and pay for the extra night.
