Just off Hwy 385, the park was away from traffic enough to be quiet at night. Smaller with a just ok shower area, small laundry and store, it was perfect for the time we spent to see the sights around the Black Hills.

Two days after booking a week stay, we-received word my mother was dying at home 2200 miles away . we needed to cancel four days before arriving to Custer. They refused any refund or even a credit for future. I would avoid this place like...More

Nice campground, large sites very nice setting and close to everything , great base for visiting Custer state park Very clean campground facilities seemed clean and well maintained close to town but tucked in so it seems your in the wilderness
