Stayed here for 5 nights in July. Spotless room, comfortable bed, fridge, TV, coffee in room, but no phone. Loved the small town atmosphere. Good central location for most Black Hills attractions. Very nice and helpful manager. Would most definitely stay at Mile Hi again.

Stayed here at the end of June 2013. Lovely oldfashioned room, spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable, and the room has a fridge too. Sandy at the reception was ever so nice and helpful with everything! Great location for Mount Rushmore, the Crazy Horse memorial and Custer State Park. The prices are good. We were very happy staying here and...

This is a no-frills and cramped-for-space property, but it is clean and quiet with a caring and friendly staff. Even the folks who stay there are friendly. Parking is fine, and all amenities are there. Wallet friendly too. We've stayed there before, and we will be back. The Black Hills is a beautiful place...a heaven on earth!

I am not picky where I sleep but for the price we paid. The place was clean and quite comfortable not to mention the high speed internet was very nice. The wireless is at a decent speed, but if yoir a gamer like me, you can hook up your ethernet cord to the wall and the speed is excellent. Overall...

I'm a computer geek, so all I'm really looking for is a shower and a good internet connection. Every place has the former. This gets high marks from me on the latter. I was skeptical of wireless quality, but it really was as good as you can get under these circumstances (multiple users on a wireless router vs a home...

The Mile Hi Motel was excellent for us. They have a fridge in the rooms, but no microwave. Rooms are smaller than most other locations but very clean and comfortable. The motel provides a breakfast discount coupon for the small restaurant next door, which is very good value. We preferred Custer to Keystone because the motels are more reasonable, Custer...

We were happy with our room and the service at this motel. The room is small but clean with a fridge and toiletries. The woman at the front desk was wonderful - very helpful and friendly! This is a great value and a great location for all the tourist attractions in SD.

This little motel is misleading when you see it. It's a older place and it's little, but the rooms are spotless and the bathrooms have been updated. The employees are great and super friendly! I would stay there again in a heartbeat! They don't have a restaurant, but there is one right next door (walking distance) and many more that...

I stayed here for one night for the Crazy Horse Volksmarch, and was pleasantly surprised by the service at the front desk and the cleanliness of the room. I wasn't expecting much from this or other smaller motels in the area, and this stay gave me a new appreciation for smaller mom and pop places. We were able to purchase...
