We have just returned from a week skiing with Crystal holidays. If you like a traditional, cosy hotel with good food and generous portions, this is the hotel for you! Great choice of healthy (and less healthy) options for breakfast. Evening meals were also good quality - salads also always available. They even gave as a lunch pack for our...

Thank you for your assessment! We are very happy and greatful for this. Yes that's right, that the WIFI is just working in the lobby, but the background for this is, that we would like for our guest to make holiday and be apart from working-everyday life. Thank you for your visit, and maybe we'll see us again. Best regards...

We stayed at the Hotel Orgler in January 2014 for 6 nights. The hotel is situated in a perfect position near to the bus stops for either the Kitzsteinhorn or Schmitten/Zell am Zee. The staff are very friendly, and the food is very good, especially the evening meals. Although the bedroom furniture is a little dated, the hotel is comfortable...

We love this Hotel. It is a real traditional Austrian family run hotel. The food gets better every year. The staff are attentive without being intrusive and the owners Herr & Frau Renz are very hands on. The fireside bar is so cosy we dont feel the need to leave at night to visit other bars as there is not...

Staff very helpful. A family run hotel. Attended as part of a large group. Breakfast excellent. Evening meal ok. But perhaps a bit more originality for vegetarians. Although this is not a problem unique to this hotel. Rooms large with free internet. Recommend

My wife and I have been to Austria many times, but this was the first time we had stayed in Kaprun. From the moment we walked through the door to when we left we were made to feel most welcome. The owners and the staff were all very friendly and the hotel was spotless. Our room was in the eaves...

Just returned from Kaprun, stayed at Hotel Orgler.Very nice people who are really interested in looking after their guests.Enjoyed the hotel itself, old fashioned in a good way.I think it is about to be re-furbished and is closing for a while.Would definitely go back. Hope it doesn't get too "modernised"!

Both times we have visited Kaprun we have stayed in the Orgler Hotel, amazing traditional hotel, that is really like stepping back in time, the staff cannot do enough for you. Hotel interior could be descripted as dated, so if you prefer ultra modern décor, stay somewhere else, this is traditional with wooden panelled walls, wooden carving, stuffed animals almost...

This is an old fashioned inn in the centre of the village. The bar with open fire, comfortable settees and friendly service is the best bit of the hotel. The restaurant serves excellent Austrian food, which is particularly good for residents because there are extras like a buffet for residents. Our double room was a good size with a comfortable...

we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Orgler very much. The hotel is centrally located, and is very charming in style. The staff was very helpful and friendly, with top rate customer service from the moment we booked the reservation until we left the hotel. The lady at the reception deserves praise for her attentiveness. The food was of excellent quality,...
